Delete your account

• Open the Strome app and sign in.
• Go to You, then Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

We record your request and sign you out. Your account and the information below are deleted within 30 days.

Write to colton@strome.io from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number you sign in with. We will reply to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days.

• Your sign-in (your phone number) and your profile: your name and email.
• Your place in every organization, with the job title, stage and tags your admins set.
• Your training: assigned pathways, progress, quiz answers, lesson reads and the proof you sent, including photos and documents you uploaded.

Material you added for an organization, such as training content or reference entries you wrote as a trainer or admin, stays with that organization without your name on it. Invites you sent stay too, without your name.

We keep a note that you asked for your account to be deleted and when, without your name or phone number.

We may keep information where the law requires it, for as long as it requires.

An organization needs an owner. When an owner asks to delete their account, we contact you first to hand the organization to someone else or to close it, then delete the account.
