Terms of service
Effective October 14, 2026
The terms that apply when an organization, or someone it invites, uses Strome, a service of RouteSchool Inc. ("Strome", "we").
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an organization on Strome, or by signing in after being invited to one, you agree to these terms. If you use Strome on behalf of a company, you agree to them for that company and confirm you may do so.
2. Accounts and sign-in
You sign in to Strome with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep access to your phone secure: anyone who can receive your codes can sign in as you. Tell us at once if you believe someone has used your account.
3. Text messages
Strome texts a one-time sign-in code to your phone number each time you ask for one, and sends no other messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Your organization's responsibilities
- Invite only people you are allowed to train, and use their information lawfully.
- Make sure you have the right to upload the documents and material you add.
- Review training material, including anything drafted with AI, before you assign it. You are responsible for the training you give your people.
- Keep your organization's roles up to date, and deactivate people who should no longer have access.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Strome to break the law, to upload content you have no right to share or that is harmful, to try to reach another organization's data, to disrupt the service, or to copy or resell it.
6. Plans and payment
Pricing is agreed with each organization, based on its team. Every person in your organization counts toward your plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly.
7. AI-drafted content
Strome can draft training material from documents you provide. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete. They are a starting point for you to review and edit, not instructions to rely on as they are.
8. Your content
Your organization owns the content it adds and the records it builds in Strome. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you.
Strome, its software and its design belong to RouteSchool Inc..
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Strome available and improving, and we may change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Strome at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, after notice where we reasonably can. When an organization's account ends, we delete its content within a reasonable time, as our privacy policy describes.
11. Disclaimers
Strome is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that training built with it meets any legal or safety requirement that applies to your work.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, RouteSchool Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Strome in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell organizations about significant changes before they apply.
